Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition - May 2nd (PC, console, cloud)

Discover the origins of Lara Croft in this 2014 re-release of the critically-acclaimed 2013 Tomb Raider reboot.

The Definitive Edition package contains all previously-released DLC for Tomb Raider, as well as improved visuals and performance over the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. It's the ultimate way to experience Lara's journey.

With plenty of puzzle-packed tombs to explore, as well as a heart-wrenching story to experience, Tomb Raider kickstarted a new era for one of the most popular video game characters of all time.

Little Kitty, Big City - May 9th (PC, console, cloud)

It's been in development for what feels like several of a cat's lifetimes, but May will finally see the release of the incredibly cute-looking Little Kitty, Big City.

You'll play as a kitty who appears to have been designed to sharpen cuteness to its finest possible point, and you'll explore the titular big city, getting into all kinds of feline scrapes.

There are also tons of collectible hats to unlock and wear, just in case you thought the cat at the center of this game couldn't be any more adorable.

Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 - May 21st (PC, Xbox Series X|S, cloud)

The hotly-anticipated sequel to 2017's Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice finally arrives next month in the form of Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2.

Revealed in late 2019, the game will once again follow the Celtic warrior Senua as she makes her way through the "myth and torment of Viking Iceland", as developer Ninja Theory puts it.

Expect a journey that, like the first game, is by turns harrowing and triumphant, as well as respectful to real-life mental health struggles and conditions.

Lords of the Fallen - May 30th (PC, Xbox Series X|S, cloud)

2014's Lords of the Fallen was an admirable but ultimately doomed attempt to capture the Dark Souls lightning in a bottle, so when it came to 2023's reboot, CI Games and internal studio Hexworks had plenty of work ahead of them.

This time around, the action takes place in the land of Mournstead, a very Dark Souls-esque world full of forests, catacombs, and caves to explore.
