Today publisher Playism hosted its Playism Game Show, and had quite a few games to showcase.

Playism is known for focusing mostly on the Japanese indie scene and on other indie games featuring an affinity with Japan, and the titles shown off today certainly fit that mold.

We start with the monochromatic horror game World of Horror by Polish developer panstasz. The game has been available on Steam in early access for a while, but it's finally getting a full release on October 19, also for Nintendo Switch and PS4.

The trailer has not been published on its own, so you can watch it directly on YouTube

Next, we take a look at SCHiM by Ewoud van der Werf, coming in 2024 to PC, PS5, PS4, Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. This game has been shown a few times before, but today we get a new trailer.

We move to mecha with the next game of the Break Arts series, Break Arts III by MercuryStudio. It's coming to PC via Steam with no release date announced for now.

Silver Lining Studio presented the adventure game The Star Named EOS, which will now be published by Playism. It's coming to PC in the first half of 2024 and you can take a look below.

Calappa Games is bringing back its fighting crabs with Fight Crabs 2, coming to PC at some point in the future.

Next is a new look at the mystery adventure game EDEN.schemata() by WSS playground and illuCalab. It'll come in 2024 for PC, now published by Playism.

We also learn that it'll be playable next week at Gamescom.

We stay in the realm of sci-fi with Metal Bringer by ALPHAWING. If the name rings a bell, it's the developer behind Samurai Bringer

This roguelike action game s coming to PC in 2024, and you can take a look below.

Phantom Rose 2 Sapphire by makaroll is the next game to be showcased, and we get a release date.

This roguelike deckbuilding game is coming on October 30, 2023, for PC, and you can take a look at a new trailer below.

Lastly, Kanata Lab and HYPER REAL presented 34EVERLAST, currently in development for PC via Steam. The game was presented about a year ago, but today we get to see more and learn that Playism will publish it.

While it's an action-adventure game that may remind you visually of NieR: Automata, it's certainly different in the fact that it's designed to be a "super concentrated" experience designed "for working adults." This materializes in the fact that you can reach an ending in as little as 10 minutes.

Yet, this doesn't mean that the game lacks content, as it has 34 branching routes each with a different ending to explore, on top of a true ending once you've experienced them all.

The story is about the love between two girls in a world that's seconds away from ending.

You can take a look below.
