Merge Games has revealed a brand-new game as part of IGN's Summer of Gaming. Foreclosed is a thrilling cyberpunk game that merges the worlds of comic books and sci-fi literature and it's looking pretty fantastic.

Evan Kapnos has had his identity "foreclosed," hence the title. He'S been stripped of his job, his brain implants, and access to the city's Block-chain. Now, he must escape the city before all of those important cybernetic bits of his brain are sold off to the highest bidder.
Enemies are all around you, and it gets worse from there — you can't quite be certain who they are. A faceless bureaucracy wants to take you out and they could be coming from any direction. Thankfully, you'll be well-equipped to fight them.
You'll be equipped with the Symbiotic Pistol, a futuristic firearm that can adapt to any situation. Use Explosive Rounds to take down some of the game's tougher enemies, or switch to Stealth Bullets and focus on taking down the bad guys one-by-one.
That neat gun isn't the only adaptable thing in this game, mind: Evan can change up his skills and abilities as well in an RPG-style system. You'll turn from a human into a superhuman as you do everything you can to survive the intense battles ahead of you.
When is the Foreclosed Release Date?
Whether you're a fan of cyberpunk stories, comics, or both, this game might just be the sort of thing you'd love to play. When can you get it?
There's more bad news than good news here, unfortunately. There's no specific release date just yet, but you can expect to get your hands on this game sometime in the second quarter of 2021. For now, you can add Foreclosed to your wishlist on Steam.
